Outlook:
Tools > E-mail Accounts > Add a new e-mail account > POP3
or to modify an existing email account:
Tools > E-mail Accounts >
select View or change existing e-mail accounts
Click Next >
the select the account and click the Change button
Enter the following info in the fields that are in red but change from yourlink.biz to your domain name
Replace www.yourlink.biz with your domain name in the same format
User Name: the name befor the @ sign in your Email Address ie: name@your-domain-name.com
Outgoing mail server is setup through your ISP
